Beyond GREOS ENDURE, available now, and the VANGUARD and APEX tiers in development, GREOS develops and adapts elastomeric formulations to your exact requirement: from cold-soak fuel service through sustained high-heat platforms, and from a tuned standard to a ground-up system.
Two Ways We Work
Roughly half of our formulation work starts from an existing GREOS chemistry. The other half starts from a requirement nothing on the market meets. Both paths end the same way: a production-ready coating and the data to evaluate it against your program requirements.
Start from an existing GREOS chemistry and tune it to your program. Temperature target, fluid exposure, color and finish, cure schedule, or substrate. You get a coating built on an established formulation base, adapted to your spec, faster than developing from scratch.
Scope a ModificationHave a requirement nothing on the market meets? Our formulation team develops new fluorosilicone- (FVMQ), FKM-, and FFKM-based coatings from the ground up, with pigments, fillers, and solvent systems selected for your thermal, chemical, and regulatory constraints. This is R&D as a service: your problem, our lab, a coating you can evaluate against your own acceptance criteria.

We modify a standard or develop a new system, using low-VOC chemistry designed to meet CARB requirements.
Formulations are engineered to meet the relevant aerospace standards: ASTM, RTCA DO-160G, MIL-STD. Evaluation samples are available for your own qualification testing.
